Developing different cryogenic level sensors like HTS based, Diode array based etc.
Design, development and testing of high temperature superconductor based level sensor utilizing 3G superconducting tapes which are used as the level sensor for measuring LOX and LH2. A cryostat for accurate level measurement and accurate current sourcing and voltage reading mechanisms were also developed. A detailed comparative study on the different methods of cryogen level measurements was conducted in this project.
